What are the system requirements?
To run FBVA, you need Windows (Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10), 1 GB of Ram, 5 MB of disk space, Internet Explorer 7 or above and the .NET Framework 3.5.
What is the difference between Standard, Professional, and Enterprise?
Standard can be installed on one computer. Professional can be installed on 3 computers. Enterprise can be installed on 10 computers. For more info, click here
How many Facebook Groups can I join?
From Facebook's website: "You can join up to 6000 groups. If you've already reached this limit, you'll need to leave some groups before you'll be able to join new ones."
Is there a monthly fee?
No. Your purchase grants you a lifetime license. All future updates and additional features are available for download free of charge.
What if I purchase a new computer and want to transfer my license?
If you need to move your license to another computer, simply submit a ticket at the help desk to have your license(s) reset.
What happens after I purchase the product?
Once your transaction is complete, you will be taken to the download page, where you will download the program and installation instructions. You will also be sent your 12 character license key which is used to authorize the software.
